Job Description:

 • Read, review and evaluate all project documents and drawings

 • Prepare construction estimates using Accubid (estimating software)

 • Produce accurate quantity take offs based on design documents

 • Visit job sites with the intent to clarify scope and prepare estimate

 • Communicate with vendors and request vendor pricing

 • Assemble proposal/scope letters and submit to customers

 • Prevail under strict time constraints and project schedules

 • Function as a team player and collaborate with existing staff

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with Accubid or other estimating software (training can be provided, if needed)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• 5 years of experience or training in estimating, construction management, etc. preferred
