Electrical Project Manager
Description
• Provide an appropriate amount of administrative and technical direction on projects
• Monitor and ensure project progress and schedules
• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budget
• Identify and diffuse any issues related to progress and/or cost
• Maintain change orders, extra work orders, etc.
• Review and remain up to date on project documents, drawings, and specifications
• Foster team relationships and communicate clearly with Field Employees
• Take direct responsibility for supervision and coordination of project
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with General Contractors and customers
Qualifications & Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
• Overall understanding of means/methods of construction, including electrical
• Electrical license preferred, but not required
• 5 years of experience or training in estimating, construction management, etc. preferred
