Field Administrator

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

To assist the project manager and field supervisors in a multitude of daily administrative tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process daily field payroll provided by the general foreman, adhering to pre-defined activity and cost codes

• Assist project manager in assembling project quote letters and submitting them to the customer

• Track and maintain new and current job logs, estimate logs, manpower logs, and Extra Work Order (EWO) logs

• Provide clerical and administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, printing, maintaining office supplies, etc. as directed by the project manager

 

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

• 2-3 years in a professional environment preferred

• Strong computer skills (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook)

• Ability to work cohesively with other departments within the company

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable and willingness to work overtime when needed

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to simultaneously coordinate and track the status of multiple ongoing projects and prioritize work

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and follow projects to completion
